When the Facebook Pixel comes up in conversation, the initial response I usually get is WTF is that? 😂
You may be wondering, why is this Pixel so important? Without it, Facebook won’t have any idea of what is actually happening on your website. They can’t read your Google Analytics or your Shopify Analytics so the Pixel basically provides Facebook with their own analytics. By installing it on your website, you are giving Facebook the tools to be able to see everything that’s going on and optimise your ads so that they work harder for you.
This means that you want to make sure that you install the Facebook Pixel on your website ASAP, even if you don’t plan to run ads yet. Do not wait, do it now so that it can start building up data that can be used for when you do start to run ads.
