I’m sure you’ve heard marketers use the term “funnel” before, but what is it exactly? It’s basically the journey that your customer goes on to make a purchase. It starts from when they first hear about you and first see your brand and moves through to when they convert and become a paying customer 🤩
I want to look at funnels in a Facebook Ads sense because they are extremely important. One of the most common problems I see people facing with their ads is not having a funnel set up. This is a problem because if you haven’t implemented one, you’ll either be only targeting new people or only targeting your existing audiences, who already know about you, and you’ll end up going around in circles. You need to ensure that once someone new visits your website, you continue to nurture them.
