4-5 months before she launched the box, she created her Instagram and started to build her community. She shared the entire journey with her audience from choosing the box design, to asking what colours and products they liked along which made it feel like they had a say in creating the box. 

Fast forward to now, her community is as strong as ever. She utilises a private Facebook group to really nurture her audience and hosts masterclasses that align with the theme of each monthly box.
